FCCM and Sung Marketing Celebrate Lunar New Year with Bill Ng and Mayor Frank Scarpitti

On February 19, Sung Marketing Inc., in partnership with FCCM (Federation of Chinese Canadians in Markham), proudly co‑organized a private Chinese New Year celebration at Casa Deluz Banquet Hall (11571 Sandhurst Cir, Scarborough, ON), with TD Bank as the Presenting Sponsor.

The evening was honoured by Special Guests Mayor Frank Scarpitti and Dr. Ken Ng, Chairman of FCCM, who joined community leaders and distinguished guests for this festive start to the Lunar New Year.

Featured artist Bill Ng (吳大強) delivered a memorable performance with his dynamic vocals and artistic presence. Bill Ng, also known as “Bill 哥,” gained prominence as a finalist on TVB’s 中年好聲音, captivating audiences with his passion and charisma. Originally from Yuen Long, Hong Kong, he later moved to Canada and continues to inspire with his versatility in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin music.

The live celebration also featured the band Carry On and several talented guest singers, adding to an energetic and festive atmosphere.

The program was MC’ed by Ritch Lau, Ward 2 City Councillor for the City of Markham and former TV and radio personality with over 15 years of media experience. His professionalism, charisma, and stage presence guided the evening and engaged guests throughout the celebration.
