This school was created by Chen Xiyi (referred to as the ancestor of Chen Tuan) in the early Song Dynasty. It does not focus on theory, but on practice. Nourishes the within mind Externally repair the body, exercise five generals and nine joints, and exert the function of combat (the five generals are the palms, the soles of the feet, and the top Head. The nine joints are the shoulders, the elbow, the wrist, the neck, the spine, the waist, the hip, the knee, and the feet). This course focuses on the practice of standing stance and the six-in-eight method for foundation building. There are 66 types of foundation boxing. The combination of rigidity and softness, continuous strength, and smoothness between expansion and contraction. It is known as auspicious water boxing.

此学派由陈希夷（即陈抟老祖）于宋初创立的学派，不重理论，注重实践。修内养心，外修躯体，锻炼五将九关节，发挥战斗功用（五将指手掌、脚掌及头顶，九关节为肩、肘、腕、颈、脊柱、腰、胯、膝、足）。本课程以站桩功法和六合八法筑基，基础拳法六十六式，刚柔并济，劲力连绵，开合之间行云流水，堪称吉祥水拳。
