太极班系列
Yiquan is a modern Chinese internal martial art, founded by Wang Xiangzhai in the 1920s, that rejects fixed forms to focus on developing natural combat power and health through mind intent (Yi), standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang), and integrated movement training.
意拳是由王薌齋先生於1920年代創立的一種現代中國內家拳法。它摒棄固定套路，專注於通過意念、站樁及整合動作訓練，來培養自然的技擊力量與促進身心健康。
Instructor 师傅:
Master Lai studied Tai Chi and Baguazhang under renowned Hong Kong master Liang Jinyu for over 58 years. Master Liang was a direct disciple of Chen Weiming and received his authentic teachings. Detailed information about Grandmaster Chen can be found on Google. Master Lai has taught Tai Chi in the Greater Toronto Area for many years, previously instructing at Yee Hong and community centers. He carries on the Yang-style Tai Chi and Fu Zhensong’s Baguazhang traditions, preserving and promoting them. Classes are held every Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

推手已上了拳，刀，剑任何两项才可参加 八卦系列全部劃一收費 $110/10堂 八卦系列視乎報名人數開班。第一階段八卦掌，第二階段八卦七星棍，第三階段八卦旋風刀。
Pushing Hands requires prior completion of any two of the following: Tai Chi, Saber, or Sword.
Baguazhang Series: Fee of $110/10 classes.
Baguazhang Series: Class formation depends on registration numbers.
Stage 1: Baguazhang (Eight Trigram Palm)
Stage 2: Baguazhang Seven-Star Staff
Stage 3: Baguazhang Whirlwind Saber.
