Class Introduction:

This class is uniquely designed with special combat posture, Yi-Quan can be divided into fitness and technical/ combat skills. In fact, fitness stances are also the basic skills for engaging in boxing exercises. Yiquan, also known as “DaChengQuan “, was created by Mr. Wang Xiangzhai in the mid-1920s. Yiquan is different from other martial arts in that it does not have routines but emphasizes the training of stance and basic skills. It is of great benefit to health preservation and martial arts and is suitable for anyone to learn. The basic requirements of “Zhuangzhuang Gong” are to focus on the mind, relax the whole body, and breathe naturally.

本課程通過特殊設計的架勢意拳站樁可分為健⾝樁和技擊樁 實際上健⾝椿也是從事拳術鍛煉的基本功,拳學修煉到了登 堂⼊室之時則無所謂什麼是健⾝什麼是技擊。意拳⼜名⼤成 拳,是王薌齋先⽣在上世紀⼆⼗年代中期所創,意拳有別於 其他武,它沒有套路,卻⼗分著重樁功和基本功法訓練。對 養⽣和技擊都有著莫⼤裨益,適合任何⼈⼠學習。站樁功總 的基本要求是:精神集中,周⾝放鬆,呼吸⾃然。

3. Walking(rubbing step)
4. Force(steady pace/active pace)
5. Pushing hand( steady pace/moving pace)
6. Practice (practical training).

4. 發⼒(定步/活步)
5. 推⼿(定步/活步)
6. 實作(實戰訓練)

Clothing Requirement: Please wear appropriate and comfortable sport clothing and shoes during class.
Reminder: All participants must be FCCM members. Membership fees are $12 dollar Annually.
