2026 FCCM Mid-Autumn Festival Successfully Celebrates Culture and Community at King Square Shopping Centre
The two-day celebration brought together families, friends, community members, local businesses and visitors to celebrate the traditions and cultural heritage of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
A Weekend of Culture and Community
The festival officially opened on Saturday, September 19, with an opening ceremony attended by community representatives, special guests and members of the public. Dr. Ken Ng, Chairman of FCCM, welcomed guests and participants to the celebration, while Markham Ward 2 Councillor Ritch Lau served as the Master of Ceremonies.
Throughout the weekend, visitors were able to enjoy cultural activities, entertainment and festive programming while experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of King Square Shopping Centre.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is an important traditional celebration that brings families and communities together. It is a time to appreciate family, friendship and togetherness while sharing cultural traditions with the wider community.
